On Saturday, March 7th 2015 at 9:30am, the Mount Pleasant Golf Course will be hosting the Almost Spring Scramble, which is an 18-Hole Scramble with a few twists. A few of the twists are:
Risk Reward Holes — On holes #2, #4, #8, #10, #15 & #18 large circle will be painted on the ground approximately 100 yards from the tee. Reward– if any player of the group is able to hit their ball into the circle (ball must stay in the circle) the team may advance their ball to a designated area marked by the tournament committee. Risk– if all 4 players miss the circle, then players must choose one of those balls to play.
Black Jack Station — Before players tee off #1 & #9 they have the option to play the starter in a hand of Black Jack. If the players win, they tee off from the Orange tees (special tee placement) . If the players lose they tee off from the blue tees. If they decide not to play they can tee off from the white tees .
Entry Fee — $240.00 per foursome, which includes greens fee, cart fee, buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and prizes. The Almost Spring Scramble is limited to 30 teams.
